The art of working with leather — with technique, dedication and respect for the material — is at the heart of our identity. We keep alive the know-how that has brought us to this point, while continually investing in technology, innovation and sustainability. It is this balance between who we are and who we want to be that allows us to create excellent footwear, prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
It all starts in our development department, where we use CAD modelling software to design, adjust and validate each model accurately and quickly. This stage allows us to anticipate technical challenges and optimise the process before physical production even begins.
Once the design has been validated, we move on to receiving the raw materials, where the materials are carefully checked in our warehouse. The cutting process is carried out using automatic precision machines, but we also continue to use traditional scales, operated with specific cutters, ensuring flexibility and quality in the finish.
The cutting process is carried out using precision automatic machines, but we also use traditional rocking machines, operated with specific cutters, ensuring flexibility and quality in the finish.
In the sewing phase, we combine high-performance automatic machines with traditional machines, allowing us to respond to different demands in terms of complexity and finish.
Assembly is carried out on two independent assembly lines, adapted to the various types of construction we master — such as assembled, mocassins, loafers, drivers and strobel — allowing us to adjust production according to the profile of each client or collection.
After assembly, each pair is subject to rigorous quality control, followed by careful packaging and preparation for shipping. Our logistics structure is prepared to guarantee efficient and reliable shipments, respecting deadlines and customer specifications in various international markets.
