1.2. The above-mentioned data is collected and processed for appropriate and compatible use with the proper and necessary development of Gonçalves S.A.’s business activity, as well as for legal and functional reasons related to the provision of its goods and/or services.
1.2.1. The personal data collected may be used for the following purposes:
- Communications related to Gonçalves S.A.’s activity and its goods and services;
- Order processing;
- Communications regarding contract formalization;
- Communications concerning ongoing contracts;
- Invoicing;
- Promotional and direct marketing actions (including holiday greetings);
- Other communications or contracts necessary within the scope of the commercial relationship with the data subject.
